When it comes to colorful desserts, unicorn bark simply takes the cake. The beautiful pastel colored chocolate bark can be customized any way you please. While this dessert is perfect for kids, we’re here to tell you that if you’re a grown-up kid this dessert is perfect for you too. Best of all, it takes just 15 minutes to make.
What You Need
5 cups white chocolate chips, melted
pink food coloring
yellow food coloring,
purple food coloring
blue food coloring
sprinkles, candy pearls
What To Do
Divide the melted chocolate into separate bowls. Add some of the different food coloring into each one and mix well until fully combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and start to drop spoonfuls of each of the colors of the chocolate in a pattern that resembles a collage. Work from the middle of the baking sheet outwards.
Use and offset spatula or the back of a spoon to mix the colors and create a swirling pattern across the sheet pan. Make sure you don’t over mix, otherwise the colors will blend together into one, brownish color.
Spread around the sprinkles, candy pearls, and any other decor you’d like.
Refrigerate the chocolate for about an hour until it hardens completely. Break up the bark into pieces and enjoy.
